Full Planning & Design is a comprehensive, high-touch experience crafted for couples who value both aesthetic excellence and meaningful celebration. This is for those who don’t simply want a well-run event — they want a wedding that feels cohesive, elevated, and deeply reflective of who they are.
From the beginning, we clarify your vision in its fullest sense, taking into consideration not just color palettes and floral styles, but the atmosphere you want to create and the legacy you are stepping into. With that foundation in place, every decision becomes purposeful.
Our job will be to:
- Find your perfect venue & vendor team
- Guide budget allocations
- Create comprehensive timelines, floor plans, and design concepts
- Manage guests and RSVPs
- And much more
The result is a stress-free engagement and a wedding day that feels effortless, layered with beauty, grounded in intention, and executed with quiet, joyful precision.

10% of your overall wedding budget, with a minimum investment of $7,000.

For the couple who wants professional structure and direction while staying hands-on.
Guided Planning offers a balanced partnership. Perhaps you already have your venue secured, some vendors booked, or your mood board finalized. Wherever you are, we will meet you there and guide you through the rest of the process, ensuring that every vendor and design choice works together to create a cohesive and meaningful celebration.
This service is ideal for couples who want the reassurance of experienced guidance without relinquishing ownership of the process.
I will assist you with booking up to four major vendors and walk beside you every other step of the way. In addition to virtual moral support, you will have access to an online system that will help you:
- Create and track your total budget, spend, and saving goals
- Manage your guest list, RSVPs, and seating chart
- Track vendor, timeline, and design decisions
- Stay on-task with an organized checklists and task calendar
This experience feels steady, personalized, and collaborative.

For the couple who is self-motivated, but sees value in allowing professionals to step in closer to the wedding day, bringing expertise and order.
So much more than just "Day-of Coordination" — because months of careful planning cannot be thoroughly cared for in a single day. Event Management support begins upon contract signature and includes:
- Full timeline and floor plan creation
- Quality vendor recommendations
- Expert advise when you inevitably need a bit of guidance
Roughly 12 weeks before your wedding date, your assigned coordinator will reach out to you to begin our formal management role. Together, we will review the details, confirm vendors, finalize timelines, and ensure that every moving part is aligned. On the wedding day itself, our team will oversee the flow of events from ceremony to reception, protecting the atmosphere you have so intentionally designed.
With Event Management, you (and your family) will be free to experience the fullness of your wedding day, completely present. No need to worry about fielding questions, coordinating vendor arrivals, or managing transitions. Just be present and soak in the day that the Lord has created for you.

CATHOLIC WEDDINGS
As a fully Catholic team, we are intimately familiar with the unique perspectives, and challenges, of planning a Catholic wedding. Whether your celebration will feature a traditional Catholic Mass or a simple vow ceremony, we understand the eternal significance of this day and approach every aspect with the care and reverence it deserves.
That said, we do not exclusively serve Catholic couples. No matter your specific religious beliefs, we will bring the same level of respect an reverence to your wedding day. The Lord created you for each other, and we are honored to support your vocation in any way that we can.
DESTINATION WEDDINGS
Another specialty of ours is destination weddings. This is in large part due to our close partnership with Voce Travel & Leisure, the travel planning company owned by my husband, Kyle. Together, we make a great team and are able to offer our clients a full-service destination wedding team, all under one roof!
From custom itineraries and guest travel coordination to venue/location selection and full service wedding planning, we've got it handled.
